Restrictions on Bidding

If you are registered on Thurrock council's Housing List but find that you cannot bid, this may be because:

 

• Your registration has not been renewed following re-registration
• You are under offer for a property
• Your application has been cancelled

You will need to contact the Housing Registration and Assessment team to determine the status of your application.  They can be contacted on 01375 652880

Annual Re-Registration

Every year the Housing Registration and Assessment Team will send you a re-registration form to check that your details have not changed and that you wish to remain on the Housing List.

 

It is essential that you respond to the re-registration and any other letters: if you fail to do so your application will be cancelled.
