Whilst Thurrock Council, and Housing Associations advertising properties, make every effort to ensure that property adverts are accurate, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors.

 

Properties advertised may on occasions have to be withdrawn: for example if a surveyor reports that extensive works are required, or a current tenant’s plans to vacate fall through. 

 

Thurrock Choice Homes and our partner Housing Associations also reserve the right to withdraw advertised properties for other reasons at any time, without notice.

 

Wherever possible property images of the actual property being advertised will be used, however, on occasion it may be necessary to use images of similar properties.
